The Flesh

Can y’all imagine back in Jesus’ day how many people discounted Him? Isn’t this Mary and Joes boy? Didn’t he just make us a table? Didn’t he break my water pot a few years ago? Isn’t he friends with lil John up the road? 😂 they wanted to find a reason to not listen to Him. They got so familiar with Mary’s son that they didn’t see Him as Gods son. They sized Him UP! And kept their ailments because they didn’t see Him as God WRAPPED IN FLESH! He wasn’t received in His own hometown because they watched Him grow up! This is how folk do today.

Ain’t you Chris daughter? Didn’t you grow up on the Westside of Chicago? Can anything good come from Chicago? Didn’t you get pregnant out of wedlock? The list goes on. Folk will look at your outward appearance to gauge who they THINK you are based on what they know about folk like you. Oh.. but they don’t know how big you are in the Spirit! They don’t know that demons tremble when you use the name of Jesus! 🙌🏽 They don’t know that where you came from has NOTHING to do with where you’re headed. This is why we should NEVER regard anyone according to the flesh. You don’t know who you talking too! You don’t know who got yo deliverance in their mouth! Stop judging this earth suit! And use your spiritual eyes. Be encouraged!! You are bigger on the inside! No matter who won’t acknowledge it.
